Pattern Making & Grading

An idea, a perfectly cut pattern and faultlessly constructed to ensure the end garment is not only beautifully made, but on it’s way to successful production run. When making your patterns, our aim is to achieve the best solution for fabric usage and work out the most efficient manufacturing process. We can tailor specification sheet, which include areas for construction details, sewing instructions, production details and an illustration of the garment.

Grading – We follow a true and trusted philosophy when it comes to grading. We check everything twice. And then we check it again. Our experienced staff must adhere to a trusted internal process with every garment we grade. Only after that process of grading is completed, will the graded pattern be then presented to you the client before further work begins.
